Cristina Máguas Project Coordinator
Cristina Máguas is the current Executive Committee Coordinator of cE3c - Centre for Ecology, Evolution and Environmental Changes, and she is also responsible for the Stables Isotopes and Instrumental Analysis Facility at Universidade de Lisboa (LIE-SIIAF, FCiências.ID). Her research is focused on the functioning of Mediterranean agro-forestry systems, through ecophysiological approaches (carbon and water fluxes from leaf to ecosystem levels) and through the application of Stable Isotopes techniques to ecosystem and plant functioning. These techniques are also employed for geographic origin and authenticity of plant products and food chains.

Carla Alegria has a PhD in Food Engineering, large experience in food science and technology and in food quality assessment. She is involved in field sample collection, stable isotope analyses, and in the development of new acorn-based food products. She is also actively involved in data analyses and ms preparation.
